Yet due to an overloaded lifestyle, we often don\u2019t breathe in a way that allows the body to function in the way it should.<\/p><p>Breathwork supports so many of the challenges we all experience. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection.
